Matt and his team were great! Had them remove a clump of 5 trees and pruned 6 fruit trees(apple, cherry and plum). Very professional and did great clean up. easy digital pay with Zelle, but other payment options available. Great locally own business and will use them again.

We had Matt and his crew out today to trim and cable our beautiful oak tree approximately 300 yrs old. It was separating and going to break apart. We got several estimates and went with Loyal Tree Care, they were amazing. Came out right away to inspect and sent us an estimate the same day. They arrived on time work was amazing! Trimmed and cabled our tree and left our yard perfectly clean. We will only use them. Great work, people and price. Thank you so much.

We had a maple tree in a planter strip adjacent to our sidewalk that needed to be removed - Got several quotes from tree companies in the area. Loyal Tree Care was quick to come out and assess and give a quote as well as being the best value, they also upheld my quote for several months while we waited for the city to approve permits. They were quick to schedule once the permit was approved and super friendly. Very happy with the work they did! They even removed a small bush at the last minute that we decided we wanted gone. Thanks for the great work!

Mat and his crew did an excellent job of thinning out our trees and cutting back our neighbor's trees. They cleaned up all the leaves and branch and left the yard cleaner than when they started. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a tree removed and they were fantastic to work with! Mat came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. Offered to come by the next day but it was a holiday so we had them come Tuesday instead. They were very responsive to questions (via text). Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the area was left cleaned of any debris which was a pleasant surprise! Price was much less than we anticipated and we even got to keep the wood for our wood stove. Highly recommend !

Can't say enough about this crew. These guys are top notch. I had 3 very tall very large diameter trees in my front yard that had tons of dead wood in them.
Backstory: I reached out to a company that was advertising tree services on the Battleground facebook page and got ripped off $200 from a drugged up dude that couldn't get past the first limb at 5pm at night in the winter.

Fast forward to summer time, and Loyal tree service was in my area cutting trees. I asked for a quote and was given a very reasonable bid as Larry felt bad about my previous experience with that other company giving tree guys a bad name. Larry said he was concerned with split in my tree and suggested putting in a cobra tension system to support the tree for a very reasonable amount, as well as trimming all the trees and chipping.
I opted to have the chips remain on site so I didn't need to buy any for under the trees that won't grow grass anyway.

Three large trees make a huge mess everywhere. I left to go to the fair and came back to a yard that was cleaner than before they showed up.

These guys are solid and friendly and they know their business well. I trust them fully for all my tree needs in the future. Highly recommend this team and truly believe you will not be disappointed.

Before contacting LoyalTree, an arborist gave us a quote to cut down three Leyland Cypress trees while leaving the tree stumps. The quote was over our budget.

After researching arborists in our area, I contacted several companies. LoyalTree responded immediately, and Mat came over to our house right away to look at the trees. The tree closest to the house was leaning toward the house, and one of the large branches was leaning on our neighbor's roof. We decided to have all three trees removed because of their size. Mat listened as I told him what we wanted. He gave us a very reasonable quote, significantly less than the first one and within our budget. The estimate included removal of the trees, grinding the stumps to 8" below ground level, and trimming bamboo overhanging from a neighboring yard. Needless to say, we hired LoyalTree Care and agreed on a date to start. We tentatively planned on two days.

Mat and the men working with him came over right on time each day and immediately went to work. I noticed that they all worked well together and were safety conscious. They were obviously experienced and skilled at cutting down very large trees close to a house. They did excellent work.

Mat kept me in the loop as the work progressed, which I greatly appreciated. In fact, all my interactions with Mat and the other men were very positive. They were respectful, thoughtful, and very down to earth.

LoyalTree Care has earned our trust. We have plans to replace the trees with new ones and will definitely be hiring LoyalTree Care to help us choose the varieties and to plant them. Mat has already told us he will guarantee the new trees for six months.

I needed 3 trees removed. One of them was starting to lean and was very close to our house and the neighbor's place.

I looked online and the overwhelmingly positive reviews for LoyalTree really stood out. I contacted several tree care businesses and Mat was the first one to respond. The entire process from that first phone call to the work being completed was exceptionally quick.

The quote was very competitive compared with other bids and they took down the trees, ground the stumps, and did some additional trimming for less than most of the quotes covering just the tree removal and nothing else.

The entire crew was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Everyone I talked with was very personable, open to making adjustments as the work was being completed, and quick to answer questions.

I could tell safety was a top priority. They were working with tall trees next to houses and cars, but all trees were taken down carefully and safely without ever endangering either house or any cars parked on the street.

The quality of the work was exceptional. They really care about getting the details right. The stump grinding looks fantastic and should provide the perfect place to do some landscaping.

Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up and left a tidy yard behind when they were done.

I can wholeheartedly recommend LoyalTree and plan to work with Mat and his team again on future projects.
